Christina Ilieva

I have become preoccupied with watching what the models from Storm Models are up to. There are quite a few that are signed to this agency that I just adore. One in particular I’ve been focusing on today, Christina Ilieva

Christina  is from Oregon, and has been all over the world doing editorial, runway and commercial modeling. Standing at 5′9, she is well known for her strong eyebrows and pouting lips. I fell in love with how dark her images were, without crossing that line into the trendy gothic look. She embodies a mystery that comes out in every photo, making you want to pay attention. She has done many covers such as Vogue, Fashion, and the first edition of Own’s Magazine. Aside from editorial and commercial work, she has also walked for all the top designers, and is now able to personally choose which shows she would like to walk in.

I admire girls like this. I know thats frowned upon, as these girls are too thin, overpaid, and too young. But I don’t believe any of that. I don’t aspire to be as thin as them, but I do aspire to portray as much confidence and beauty as they do. They work hard when they’re young and are able to fulfill their dreams at a younger age. I would have enjoyed that headstart.
